How quickly will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on business days before 5:00 PM are processed the same day and delivered the next business day.

What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders over €39.95. For orders below this amount, we charge €4.95 for shipping.

Which countries do you deliver to?
We deliver to the Netherlands and Belgium.

How do I track my order?
After shipment, you will receive an email with a track & trace link. You can use this to track your order.

Delivery

We partner with PostNL for deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium. Delivery times:

Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Belgium: 2-3 business days

Not at home for delivery?
PostNL will leave a note with instructions. Your package will be kept at the pickup point for a maximum of 7 days.
