Sara, our gift advisor, is an AI assistant. Not an employee.

What Sara does
Sara answers questions about our range and recommends products
based on what you tell her. She works with Claude, an AI model from
Anthropic. Her recommendations come from our own product catalog.

What you should know
Sara can make mistakes. Always check important information — prices,
delivery times, product details — on the product page itself. Sara
does not make decisions about your order and does not have access to
your account or payment details.

Your conversation
Your conversation is stored on your own device so you can continue
later. Messages are processed by Anthropic to generate a response.
Do not share personal data, passwords, or payment details in the chat.

Prefer a human?
You can always do that. Email us via the contact form and you will receive
an answer from someone on our team.
Our images

Some of the images on this website have been created or edited
with AI. This applies to mood images and backgrounds.

We do our best to represent products realistically, but an
image may differ from the product you receive - in color,
size, or finish. Still in doubt? Send us a message, and we will
send you a photo of the actual product.
