How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a track & trace code via email.

What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is free for orders over €39.95. Below this amount, we charge €4.95 for shipping.

Do you also ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship to the Netherlands and Belgium.

Are the perfumes original?
Yes, all our perfumes are 100% original and purchased directly from official suppliers.

How do I know which perfume suits me?

What is the difference between Eau de Parfum and Extrait de Parfum?
Eau de Parfum (EDP) contains 15-20% fragrance concentration and lasts 6-8 hours. Extrait de Parfum contains 20-30% fragrance concentration and is more intense and longer-lasting.

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and unused.

How do I return my order?
Send an email to info@fenando.nl with your order number. We will then send you the return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
After we have received and checked your return, you will receive your refund within 5 business days via the original payment method.
